Qatar’s Consul General in Jeddah Inspects Qatari Pilgrims Camps

HE Consul General of the State of Qatar in Jeddah Rashid bin Saeed Al Khayarin carried an inspection tour of the camps of Qatari pilgrims in Mina, during which he was accompanied by Deputy Head of the Qatari Hajj Mission Ali Sultan Al Massifri and a number of the mission's advisors and officials.

During the tour, HE the Consul General was briefed on all the equipment in the camps, and was assured of the mechanism of the work plan and the efforts made to prepare the camps for all Qatari campaigns and the availability of all services and facilities for the pilgrims of the State of Qatar. His Excellency was also assured that the camps are fully equipped well in advance of the Tarwiyah Day.

HE Rashid Al Khayarin listened to a detailed explanation from the officials of the Qatari Hajj mission about its efforts, represented by the Logistics Services and Sites Unit, in equipping the camps of pilgrims of the State of Qatar in the holy sites in Mina and Arafah, and providing all services, facilities, and means of security and safety.

He said that the state is making maximum efforts to serve the pilgrims of the State of Qatar and facilitate their affairs.

For his part, the deputy head of the Qatari Hajj mission, Ali Sultan Al Musifri, confirmed that this year the mission was keen to complete all arrangements in the camps of pilgrims of the State of Qatar in the holy sites in the first days of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, well before the Tarwiyah Day, indicating that all the camps are fully ready and equipped to receive the country's pilgrims.
