QDB Calls for Registration in “Jahiz” Initiative

Qatar Development Bank (QDB) has called on all entrepreneurs to register in the ready-made industrial facility leasing initiative "Jahiz", which seeks to support industrial companies in Qatar by leasing factories that are fully equipped for manufacturing, and have the necessary infrastructure for any medium or small industrial company to get prepared and start operating. This comes within the framework of the Bank's affirmation of its tireless efforts to support the industrial sector in the State of Qatar.

QDB explained in a statement that small and medium-sized industrial companies face many challenges in moving their manufacturing operations to new levels and expanding their production range. The Bank seeks to help industrial companies overcome this challenge by providing ready-made factories with a high capacity to start operating in a short period, which makes "Jahiz" the best choice for any business owner with big industrial ambitions.

Commenting on this occasion, Mr. Ibrahim Al Mannai, Executive Director of the Advisory Services and Business Incubators Department at Qatar Development Bank, said: "We urge all owners of industrial ideas and projects to seize this unique opportunity from QDB, which saves them a lot of effort, time, and money, as well as speeds up their launch".
