The Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA) has bolstered its partnership with Microsoft Company by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU). This aims to use the company's advanced cloud-computing services, improve operational performance, reduce costs and bolster QFCRA’s efficiency and its goals seeking to achieve digital transformation.
Mr. Michael Ryan, the CEO of QFCRA and Ms. Lana Khalaf, Country Manager of Microsoft Qatar, signed the MoU.
Under the MoU, QFCRA will work with Microsoft to develop a road map to use solutions depending on artificial intelligence, analyze data and extract information and actionable readings and other processes.
Both parties will participate in awareness sessions during which the state-of-the-art techniques and innovative solutions of Microsoft will be presented. Moreover, QFCRA staffs will be registered in Qatar national Microsoft program to enhance skills.
