The general index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed Thursday at 10,798.98 points, down by 1.68 percent.
During today's session, 122,418,588 shares were traded, with a value of QR 390,323,867.520, as a result of the implementation of 16,386 transactions in all sectors.
Shares of two companies rose in the session, and the prices of 40 other companies decreased, while six companies maintained their previous closing prices.
The market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QR 637,421,242,061.820 compared to QR 644,533,344,473.800 in the previous session.
