Ms. Nada Jassim Al Abdul-Jabbar, Acting Director of the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), said that the center’s training plan targets all lawmakers in ministries and other government agencies, judicial agents of the law enforcement officers, experts, real estate brokers, and other legal groups, according to the training needs of the authorities. She also said that MOJ also organizes specialized courses for judges, prosecutors, assistant judges, and prosecutors’ assistants.
Mrs. Nada confirmed that the center's training plan for the current year includes nearly 100 specialized courses, through which all legal disciplines are addressed to prepare and train legal cadres in short training courses of 5 days over 24 hours, in addition to training legal cadres in preparatory training by 180 hours, over a period of 3 months. The center also organizes a training course for lawyers under training and the nineteenth session for new lawyers.
The Acting Director of the Legal and Judicial Studies Center indicated that registration for the various courses is done through "Mawared" system for jurists in the country, while the entities not linked to Mawared system should fill out a nomination form for training through the Ministry's website and send it to the Legal and Judicial Studies Center at the Ministry of Justice.
