Doha: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced Tuesday that its forces have managed to capture two new towns in eastern Ukraine and to eliminate 1,070 soldiers at the battlefront. In a statement, the Ministry said that its troops took control of the town of Mirnoye in Donetsk and the town of Maly Sherbaki in the Zaporizhzhia region.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry said that Russian forces targeted Ukrainian formations in several areas in Donetsk, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia, causing significant losses, including destroying tanks, combat vehicles, field artillery, and ammunition depots.
