Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense said Tuesday that its air defense systems shot down 85 Ukrainian drones overnight.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry stated that its air defense units intercepted and destroyed 85 Ukrainian drones over the past 24 hours. The drones were reportedly aimed at targets inside Russian territory.

Reports from both sides regarding battlefield developments remain conflicting, and these reports cannot be independently verified amid the ongoing hostilities since February 2022.
