Doha: The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its air defense systems destroyed 19 Ukrainian drones over three Russian provinces during the night. In a statement, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that 16 Ukrainian drones were destroyed over the territory of Bryansk region, two over Kursk region, and one over Kaluga region.

According to Qatar News Agency, Russia and Ukraine announce near-daily reports of downed drones, but verifying these claims is difficult due to the ongoing war since February 2022.
