Doha: Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Defense said on Tuesday night that it had detected and destroyed a ballistic missile heading toward the Eastern Province. Major General Staff Turki Al Maliki, the ministry's official spokesperson, confirmed the successful interception and destruction of the missile, ensuring the safety of the region.

According to Qatar News Agency, a drone was also intercepted and destroyed in the Eastern Province. This incident followed an earlier announcement on Tuesday night by the ministry regarding the interception and destruction of another drone in the same area.
