Saudi Cabinet Denounces Iranian Aggression Against GCC and Arab Nations

Riyadh: The Saudi Cabinet strongly condemned the Iranian attacks against the Kingdom, the GCC states, and several Arab and Islamic nations, highlighting the threat to security and stability and the violation of international charters and laws by targeting civilian objects, airports, and oil facilities.

According to Qatar News Agency, during its weekly session, chaired by HH Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Cabinet affirmed the Kingdom's right to take necessary measures to protect its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, and to deter further aggression.

The Cabinet praised the Saudi air defenses for their success in intercepting and neutralizing hostile missiles and drones aimed at national sites and facilities. The session also underscored the Kingdom's commitment to solidarity, cooperation, and coordination with Gulf and Arab partners in addressing regional challenges.

Furthermore, the Cabinet expressed appreciation for the outcomes of the GCC-EU joint ministerial meeting and the Arab League Council's ministerial meeting, both of which included condemnations of the Iranian attacks.
