Saudi Crown Prince Engages in Talks with Iraqi and Indonesian Leaders on Regional Military Escalation

Riyadh: HH Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud held significant discussions via phone on Wednesday with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto. The conversations centered around the recent military escalation in the region and its potential impact on both regional and international security and stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, the dialogue with Iraqi Prime Minister Al Sudani highlighted the urgent need to stop attacks that threaten peace and security on a regional and international level. Al Sudani underscored the importance of taking measures to prevent further escalation and to maintain stability.

Similarly, during the phone call with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, there was an emphasis on the immediate necessity to cease military activities in the region. President Subianto pointed out that continuing these activities could jeopardize the security and stability of the region, stressing the importance of diplomatic efforts to resolve tensions.
