Riyadh: The Saudi main stock index concluded the trading session on a lower note, shedding 132.17 points to close at 11,411.50. The total trading value for the day was recorded at 3.5 billion Saudi riyals.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading volume reached 190 million shares. Out of the companies traded, 41 reported gains, whereas 198 experienced a decline in their share prices.
In parallel developments, the Saudi Parallel Market Index, known as Nomu, also experienced a downturn. It fell by 116.45 points, closing at 25,013.32. The trading value on Nomu amounted to 25 million Saudi riyals, with more than two million shares changing hands.
