Iraq and Qatar signed a "Joint Declaration of Intents" and a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding, in the presence of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani and Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
