Johannesburg, The Presidency of the Republic of South Africa announced that it will submit a memorandum to the International Court of Justice on October, documented with facts and evidence proving that the Israeli occupation entity is committing crimes of genocide in Palestine. The presidency affirmed in a post on its official website that 'this case, which it filed last December against the Israeli entity, will continue until the court issues its decision,' calling on this entity to abide by the temporary orders issued by the court so far. At the end of last December, South Africa resorted to the International Court of Justice, and filed a complaint against 'Israel,' the occupying power, on the grounds of its involvement in acts of genocide against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and its violation of the United Nations Convention on the Prevention of Genocide concluded in 1948 in its aggression on the Strip. At the conclusion of its 162nd regular session held on Tuesday at the League's headquarters in Cairo, the Council of the League of Arab States at the level of foreign ministers urged the International Court of Justice to expedite the adjudication on the lawsuit filed by the Republic of South Africa against the Israeli entity due to its continued brutal aggression on Gaza.
