Damascus, The Minister of Education in the caretaker government, Dr. Mohammad Amer al-Mardini, discussed on Wednesday with the Pakistani Ambassador to Damascus, Shahid Akhtar, ways to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise between the two countries in the field of developing the educational process. During the meeting held at the ministry building in Damascus, Minister al-Mardini noted that the ministry is working according to a strategic plan that aims to develop educational work, especially in the field of vocational education, as well as focusing on developing skills and strengthening educational and national values, noting the cooperation with the Pakistani School in Damascus in various fields. In turn, the Pakistani ambassador pointed out the importance of cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Pakistan and developing relations in the field of information technology to establish a training center in this field in Homs city, noting the necessity of working to enhance human and educational values from the early childhood stage.
