Doha, Syrian national football team will meet his Malaysian counterpart Monday in a friendly match at the stadium of the Arab Club in Qatar within its final preparations to take part in the Asian Cup. The Syrian team will meet the Uzbekistan team in the group stage next Saturday. This match is the second friendly one during the preparation period for the upcoming Asian Cup where the Syrian team tied (1-1) with his Kyrgyzstan counterpart during its training camp recently held in the United Arab Emirates. The Syrian team will encounter its Australia counterpart in the second match of the group stage in the Asian finals on January 19th and also will encounter Indian counterpart on January 25th.
