The Independent Commission warned of the occurrence of another humanitarian catastrophe in addition to the massacres committed by the occupation army, especially with the occupation government's decision to evacuate the eastern areas of the city as of today, Monday, May 6, towards Mawasi Khan Yunis, and the bombing of 11 homes in the city last night, which led to a rise in 26 martyrs. She explained that today's occupation decision demonstrates that Israel's real goal is to continue carrying out genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. The authority requested the following: The international community is pressuring Israel, the occupying power, to stop the genocide and hold accountable the political and military occupation leaders responsible for the crimes committed against civilians in Gaza. The Secretary-General of the United Nations, and the specialized international bodies of the organization, to carry out their legal and moral responsibilities, inclu ding serious pressure on 'Israel' and its allies to stop its aggressive approach. The international community must exert serious pressure on Israel, the occupying power, to fulfill its legal obligations towards the occupied Palestinian territory, and its responsibility to provide protection for the Palestinian population in accordance with the Fourth Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 1949, and to stop the daily killing and policy of collective punishment against them. The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court immediately begins serious work on investigations into the crimes committed by the occupation army against Palestinian civilians.
