The local government in Nineveh announced that Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani ordered compensation for the victims and injured as a result of the Royal Hall tragedy in Al-Hamdaniya district, east of Mosul.
Nineveh Governor Najm al-Jubouri told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “the Prime Minister ordered compensation for the fire victims in the amount of 10 million dinars for the deceased and five million dinars for the injured.”
Al-Jubouri added, “The Prime Minister also ordered the transfer of the first-degree injured and serious cases to Turkey to receive treatment.”
