Baghdad - The intelligence and information assistant detachments of the Popular Mobilization Forces in Nineveh arrested a member of the terrorist remnants of ISIS after his return from Turkey.

A statement by the Commission stated: “The terrorist (K.M.S.) was arrested in the city of Mosul.”

He added: "The terrorist was working in the so-called (Diyala State) and was on the run in Turkey and was arrested on his return.
