Baghdad, The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received, today, Tuesday, at Baghdad Palace, the head of the Office of the Christian, Yazidi, and Sabian-Mandaean Religions, Rami Joseph Aghajan. The President of the Republic stressed, according to a statement, 'the Iraqis' keenness to practice their rituals with complete freedom regardless of their different religions and beliefs, explaining that the various religions represent the cultural heritage and historical extension of the people of Mesopotamia.' For his part, Rami Joseph Aghajan thanked the President of the Republic for his national role that brings together Iraqis of all components.
