The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the downing of a Ukrainian drone, today, Thursday, in the "Belgorod" district, southwestern Russia.
According to a statement by the Russian Defense Ministry, "a Ukrainian attempt to launch a drone attack on Russian territory was thwarted, and the drone was shot down in Belgorod province, and there were no injuries or damages as a result of the accident."
Russia announced in late July that it had shot down a number of Ukrainian drones, at separate times, that were trying to attack Moscow.
