Jerusalem - Ma'an - The United Nations Emergency Relief Coordinator, Martin Griffiths, announced that "there are almost no food stocks left in the southern Gaza Strip." Griffiths stressed that famine in Gaza is an 'imminent danger,' noting that bringing in fuel is 'almost impossible.' He also added that the humanitarian operation in Gaza has been 'stuck and cannot be planned' since the Israeli attack on Rafah. In turn, a United Nations spokesman confirmed that land routes to Gaza are the most feasible, effective and efficient for delivering aid. Source: Maan News Agency
