Beirut: Two people were killed, and others injured in an Israeli airstrike on Wednesday evening in eastern Lebanon, in another violation of the 10-day ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel, which began on April 16.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Lebanese Ministry of Health's Emergency Operations Center stated in a press release that an Israeli airstrike on the town of Yahmar in the Western Bekaa Valley resulted in the deaths of two people and injuries to others.
Earlier Wednesday, the Lebanese National News Agency reported that Israeli warplanes targeted a car in the town of Al Tayri in southern Lebanon, killing two people inside.
