Security forces arrested two suspects after allegedly attempting to rape two girls (five years old) east of Baghdad.

A statement by the Baghdad Operations Command stated that social media and media agencies circulated news stating that “two girls were raped in the Tariq neighborhood” east of the capital, and after receiving information about a quarrel in the (Tariq neighborhood) area east of the capital, a force from the Fifth Federal Police Division headed to the scene of the incident to collect information and investigate, and it was found that there was a quarrel due to an alleged attempt to rape two girls (five years old), where two suspects were arrested and handed over to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures against them.
