His Excellency Sultan Mohamed Majed Al Ali presented his credentials to President Klaus Iohannis of the Republic of Romania as the UAE Ambassador to Romania, during a ceremony held at the presidential palace in Bucharest.
During the meeting, Al Ali conveyed the greetings of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, as well as their wishes to President Iohannis and the people of Romania for further development and prosperity.
For his part, President Iohannis conveyed his greetings to UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai and for the people of UAE to achieve further growth and prosperity.
President Iohannis wished the UAE Ambassador success in his work to enhance the bilateral ties between the two countries, while highlighting his country's readiness to provide him with the required support in facilitating his duties.
The ambassador expressed pride at representing the UAE in Bucharest and his keenness to continue developing the bilateral relations across all domains between the two countries.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations between the UAE and Romania aiming at achieving the two countries’ and peoples’ ambitions and interests.
