US Central Command announced that it shot down a drone launched by the Houthis over the Gulf of Aden. The US Central Command explained that the Houthi drone over the Gulf of Aden posed a threat to commercial ships. The US Central Command said, at dawn on Sunday, that a drone was launched from an area controlled by the Houthis in Yemen towards the Gulf of Aden, on Friday, and it was dealt with. It also destroyed, at dawn on Saturday, three drones launched from an area under the control of the Houthis in Yemen towards the Red Sea, adding that no reports were received from the American coalition or commercial ships regarding injuries or damage.
