Violent Airstrikes on Gaza Strip Leave Dozens of Palestinians Killed, Others Wounded

Gaza City: Dozens of Palestinians were killed and others wounded today in a series of violent and intensive airstrikes launched by the Israeli occupation forces on various parts of the Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, Palestinian medical sources reported that 20 people were killed when Israeli aircraft bombed a residential area in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City. Additionally, three more individuals lost their lives in a raid on the Sabra neighborhood south of the city.

In Khan Yunis, medical sources indicated that 30 people, including children and women, 17 of whom belonged to one family, were killed in three separate raids launched by Israeli aircraft targeting homes east of the city. Furthermore, a child who was wounded in an attack on his family’s home in the Al-Manara neighborhood east of Khan Yunis succumbed to his injuries, marking the death of all five family members. In a separate incident, a girl also succumbed to her wounds, joining her entire family who were victims of a vehicle bombing weeks ago in the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of the city.

Meanwhile, another young man was killed and several others were injured following an Israeli attack on a house in the town of Abasan Al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis. In a separate incident, a young man was killed when Israeli aircraft bombed a tent on Al-Istable Street in the Al-Mawasi area west of the city.

Today, the Ministry of Health announced that the death toll from the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has risen to 50,523 martyrs, with an additional 114,776 individuals wounded.
