Yemeni “Yaffa” drone strikes the heart of Tel Aviv and declares it an “unsafe area” / Expanded

The Yemeni armed forces targeted "Tel Aviv" with a surprise attack with a new drone in support of the Gaza Strip and in response to the massacres of the Israeli aggression, and declared the area an "unsafe area", where the armed forces will focus on targeting it, and on reaching the depth of the occupation entity. The Spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced this morning, Friday, that the air force carried out a qualitative military operation that consisted of targeting one of the important targets in the occupied Yaffa area, what is called "Tel Aviv" in Israel. In a statement, Saree confirmed that this targeting comes "in victory for the injustice of the Palestinian people and their mujahideen, and in response to the massacres of the Israeli aggression against our brothers in Gaza." Saree explained that the operation was carried out with a new drone called "Yaffa" capable of bypassing the occupation's interception systems, as radars cannot detect it, stressing that t he operation had successfully achieved its goals. Brigadier General Saree confirmed that the armed forces have a bank of targets in occupied Palestine, including sensitive military and security targets, and that they "will continue to strike those targets in response to the enemy's massacres and daily crimes against our brothers in the Gaza Strip." Saree stressed that the operations of the Yemeni armed forces continue to support the heroic mujahideen in Gaza, who "defend the Arab and Islamic nation with all its peoples and countries," and that "its operations will not stop until the aggression stops and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted." At dawn on Friday, a drone penetrated the airspace of occupied Palestine from the sea and fell on "Shalom Aleichem" Street in "Tel Aviv," causing significant damage as a result of its collision with one of the buildings. The Israeli ambulance revealed, according to what it has been allowed to publish so far, that an Israeli was killed and 10 were injured by shrapnel as a result of the explosion that occurred in a building at the corner of Ben Yehuda Street and Shalom Aleichem Street in Tel Aviv, near a building attached to the US Embassy, in addition to a state of panic that struck the settlers in the city, as a result of the sound of the huge explosion that reached the West Bank. Scenes were circulated showing the moments of the explosion and its aftermath, as the scenes showed the sound of the drone's engine before it collided with the building, and Israeli media outlets reported that more than one drone targeted the area. The explosion occurred on one of the largest streets in Tel Aviv and in a security area crowded with towers, embassies and additional air defenses, especially the US consulate, which is tens of meters away from the explosion site. It was announced that offices affiliated with the US consulate in Tel Aviv were damaged as a result of the drone explosion. Following the operation, the office of the Israeli Prime Minister, Ben jamin Netanyahu, announced that the latter "may cancel his trip to the United States after targeting Tel Aviv."
