An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale struck Malatya, southern Turkiye on Monday.
The Turkish Disaster and Management Authority(AFAD) said in a statement that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 11.13 km.
There were no reports of possible losses as a result of this tremor.
Recently, a 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck Kastamonu, northern Turkiye.
On Feb. 6, violent earthquakes measuring 7.7 followed by 7.6 on the Richter scale struck southern Turkiye and northern Syria, and thousands of aftershocks resulted in tens of thousands of victims and caused massive damage and destruction to buildings in the two countries.
