The security forces in Maysan arrested 8 people accused of various crimes in the districts of Al-Majar Al-Kabir and Qalaat Saleh.

The Maysan Operations Command said in a statement, a copy of which was received by the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): “A force from the Second Regiment, 97th Infantry Brigade of the Maysan Operations Command was able to arrest the defendants wanted for various crimes, including incitement to tribal conflicts, threatening oil companies, and others, indicating that the accused will be handed over to the competent authorities.”
