The General Directorate of Narcotics Affairs announced the dismantling of a drug network in the holy Karbala Governorate.

The Directorate stated in a statement: “A working team headed by the Director of Narcotics Affairs in the holy Karbala carried out a preemptive security operation that resulted in the dismantling of a drug network consisting of (6) suspects, including foreigners, and arrested them.”

It added: “More than a kilogram of crystal meth was seized in the possession of the suspects.”
