National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Araji participated today in the meeting of the Supreme Security Committee to discuss preparations for the visit to Turkey, which was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fouad Hussein, in the presence of members of the Supreme Security Committee. The meeting discussed, according to a statement by the advisory, the ongoing preparations for the upcoming visit of the committee to Turkey, and the most important security and military issues shared between the two countries were discussed, in addition to discussing issues of combating terrorism and coordination between the two sides to enhance common security.
