National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji discussed with the Minister of Interior of the Kurdistan Region, Reber Ahmed, the continuation of coordination and cooperation.

The Chancellery stated in a statement: “During the meeting, the latest developments in implementing the provisions of the security agreement between Iraq and Iran were reviewed, in addition to discussing continued coordination and cooperation, to consolidate security and stability in the region.

During the meeting, the importance of following up on the implementation of the Prime Minister’s directives and implementing what was stated in the terms of the security agreement in accordance with the commitment of the federal government was emphasized.
