The Head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Head of the Union of Arab Journalists, Moayad Al-Lami, said that a second run-off in the Turkish elections between Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Kemal Kiliçdaroglu on the 28th of this month is a fateful and unprecedented election in Turkey's modern history.
Al-Lami added, in his tweet to him on Twitter today, "The Turkish elections showed international and regional polarization around the competitors, and it is not possible to predict the outcome of the run-off."
