The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, directed all Ministries, in immediate coordination with the Ministry of Finance, to expedite the payment of the salaries of those appointed from among the first graduates and holders of higher degrees, who started in a legal manner, and with retroactive effect.
