Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani confirmed that previous budgets did not go to infrastructure.
He said in a meeting with representatives of a number of Iraqi satellite channels that our government vision is directed to infrastructure.
He added that the service effort entered areas that service departments had not entered for years.
He continued: We now have 963 lagging projects, up from 1,453, indicating that 40 percent of the stalled school projects have been completed.
He said: There will be 3 hospitals in Baghdad equipped with the latest equipment, and all of them have been idle since 2012.
