A source in the Nineveh police told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that "the security forces arrested an ISIS member in Hammam Al-Alil area, who was working as an official in the so-called (Al-Hisba) or ISIS's Police, when ISIS gangs took control of the city of Mosul."/ End
