The Foreign Affairs Ministry expressed Bahrain's sympathy with Libya, and its solidarity with the government and people, following the floods that swept the city of Derna, which led to several deaths and injuries, and damage to buildings and property.

In a statement, the ministry expressed its condolences to the families of the victims and the Libyan people and wished a speedy recovery to all those injured.
