Bahrain Intercepts Hundreds of Missiles and Drones Amid Iranian Assaults

Bahrain: Bahrain's military has announced its defenses intercepted and destroyed hundreds of missiles and drones since the start of Iranian attacks on the country. In a statement issued on Friday, the General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force said 154 missiles and 362 drones targeting the kingdom had been shot down. Officials accused Iran of using ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles to strike civilian areas and private property.

According to Qatar News Agency, the military described the attacks as a "flagrant violation" of international humanitarian law and the UN Charter, warning that such actions pose a direct threat to regional peace and security. Authorities in Bahrain urged residents to exercise extreme caution, avoid damaged sites, and stay away from suspicious objects.

The statement also called on the public not to film military operations or spread rumors, stressing the importance of relying on official sources for information.
