Bahrain Reports Intercepting, Destroying 102 Missiles and 171 Drones Since Start of Iranian Assaults

Doha: The General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) reported that its air defense systems have intercepted and vaporized 102 missiles and 171 drones since the start of the Iranian offensives on the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, a statement by the BDF on Monday stressed that using ballistic missiles and drones to target civil objects and private property amounts to a brazen violation of international humanitarian law and the Charter of the United Nations. It further noted that these attacks pose a direct threat to regional peace and security.

At dawn today, the Bahraini Interior Ministry reported the injury of several citizens, one of whom sustained critical injuries following the Iranian aggression as drones targeted the Sitra area. The Ministry highlighted that the attack resulted in damage to a number of homes in this region.
