Qatar wins bid to host AFC Asian Cup 2023

Kuala Lumpur: The State of Qatar won bid to host the 18th edition of the 2023 AFC Asian Cup during the 11th AFC Executive Committee meeting, which was held Monday at the headquarters of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.   The AFC President Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa congratulated the QFA on their successful bid.
