Doha: President of Padel Asia, Tareq Darwish Zainal, stated that the 4th GCC Games' padel competitions began with a significant victory for Qatar against Saudi Arabia, winning the match 3-0.

According to Qatar News Agency, Zainal emphasized that Qatar's impressive performance in their initial match demonstrates the players' determination to achieve podium finishes. The Secretary-General of the Qatar Tennis, Squash, Padel, and Badminton Federation expressed his satisfaction with the national team's performance and anticipated further successes throughout the tournament.

The President of Padel Asia highlighted that the primary objective is to emerge as champions, acknowledging the challenges ahead. However, he noted that Team Qatar has thoroughly prepared for the competition. Zainal is optimistic that Al Adaam will succeed in enhancing Qatar's notable padel achievements.

Zainal commended the tournament's organization, noting Qatar's experience in hosting international championships effectively. This level of organization once again showcases Qatar's exceptional organizational skills.
