Emirati Ministry of Defense Engages Two Iranian Drones

Abu dhabi: The Ministry of Defense of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced that the country's air defense systems successfully engaged two UAVs launched from Iran on Sunday, with no casualties reported.

According to Qatar News Agency, since the onset of these Iranian attacks, UAE air defenses have engaged a total of 551 ballistic missiles, 29 cruise missiles, and 2,265 UAVs.

The Emirati Ministry of Defense affirmed that it remains fully prepared and ready to deal with any threats and will firmly confront anything that aims to undermine the country's security. It emphasized the importance of ensuring the protection of the UAE's sovereignty, security, and stability, and safeguarding its interests and national capabilities.
