The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) in the State of Qatar has announced opening the door to the submission of exception requests for admission in government schools for students who are the children of residents working in the private sector, for the academic year (2022/2023). This shall be from May 22 until June 5, 2022.
MOEHE called upon guardians to provide required documents that are a student's birth certificate and passport, his/her last school certificate, a guardian’s passport (father-mother), a certificate issued by a guardian’s employer on total salary, a last three-month bank statement prior to the date of the submission of the request and a house rental contract. This also includes providing other additional documents on individual cases that are a dependency certificate approved by a legal authority, a divorce certificate approved by a legal authority and a disability report (hearing and visual impairment).
MOEHE explained that the request would be submitted by accessing the official website of the Ministry via this link available in the public services portal during the abovementioned period for the submission.
