Federal Police forces arrested a terrorist suspect in Samarra.

The Federal Police Command said in a statement: “The detachments of the 13th Brigade, 4th Division of the Federal Police, supported by intelligence efforts, were able to arrest a suspect wanted in accordance with the provisions of Article 4/terrorism in the city of Samarra.”

It explained: “The arrest operation was carried out by setting up a tight ambush near the central checkpoint,” noting that the wanted accused had an arrest warrant issued against him by the judicial authorities, and he was duly handed over to the requesting party to complete the necessary legal and investigative procedures against him.
