Foreign Affairs Ministry holds coordination meeting on 33rd Arab Summit

Manama, The Foreign Affairs Ministry has held a remote meeting with Arab ambassadors to Bahrain, as part of the ongoing preparations for the 33rd Arab Summit, set to be hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain in May. Ambassador Ahmed Al Turaifi, Chief of Arab and African Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Abdulla Al Binkhalil, the Director-General of Administrative Services and Follow-up at the Royal Protocol, chaired the online meeting. Ambassador Al Turaifi expressed the keenness of the kingdom, under His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's leadership, to provide all facilities for the participating delegations to ensure the success of the pan-Arab summit, and make it a milestone in enhancing joint Arab action and achieving the aspirations of the Arab Nation and its peoples. Suhaib Al Saidi, from the Coordination and Follow-up Sector, and Mahmood Najm, from the Protocol Sector, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, gave a detailed presentation about the ongoing preparations to receive and host th e participating delegations.
