On Friday, the masses of our people in Jenin governorate buried the bodies of 10 martyrs, 8 of them from Jenin camp, and two martyrs from the city, who were killed during the Israeli occupation's wide-scale aggression on the city and its camp, which lasted 10 days. The funeral procession set off from in front of Jenin Governmental Hospital, where mourners carried the bodies of the martyrs on their shoulders, and toured the streets of the city and its camp, arriving at the homes of their families in the camp and the city to take a last look at them. The mourners then walked to the camp's Martyrs' Cemetery, where they performed the funeral prayer over the bodies of eight martyrs: Qassam Muhammad Jabarin (24 years old), Asem Walid Dabaya (39 years old), Saeed Ali Wahdan (29 years old), Ahmed Mu'ayyad al-Sous (21 years old), Firas Bassam Alaqma Turkman (34 years old), Muhammad Nidal Mansour (21 years old), Muhammad Zakaria Zubeidi (21 years old), and Muhammad Nazmi Abu Zagha ??(22 years old), before burying th em. The body of the elderly martyr Tawfiq Ahmed Younis Qandil (83 years old) was also buried in the eastern cemetery in the city, and the body of the martyr Muhammad Bassam Fouad Al-Arabi (32 years old) was also buried in the western cemetery. The mourners raised Palestinian flags and chanted slogans denouncing the crimes of the occupation and calling for strengthening national unity. During the occupation's aggression on the city of Jenin, its camp, and neighboring towns in the governorate, 21 martyrs were killed. The occupation detained the bodies of 5 martyrs: Maysara Suleiman Abdul Masharqa (33 years old), Wissam Ayem Zaidan Khazem (30 years old), Arafat Jasser Ahmed Amer (27 years old), Muhammad Amin Talal Abdullah (19 years old), Amjad Mustafa Ibrahim Saleh (23 years old). The funerals of 6 bodies were held in previous days in neighboring towns. The aggression left behind widespread destruction to road networks, sewage systems, and infrastructure, and caused damage to a large number of homes in the camp and the eastern neighborhood of the city.
