His Majesty the King's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa today received President of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) Csaba Korosi.

Present were UNGA President's Office Director Laszlo Zuki, Head of Political Affairs Yanina Has Mohsen, and Fahad Al-Ajmi, Advisor to the UNGA President on Political Affairs and Security and Peace Issues.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa welcomed the UNGA President and the accompanying delegation, stressing the UNGA's pivotal role in tackling Arab, regional and global issues.

HH Shaikh Nasser stressed the importance of harnessing all efforts to achieve peace, tackle global issues and challenges facing countries worldwide.

He reiterated Bahrain's unwavering support to the UNGA's efforts to reinforce global security and stability and achieve international development goals.

The UNGA President commended Bahrain's dedicated efforts and contributions to tackling regional and international issues, as well as pivotal role in promoting the UNGA's activities, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
