Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call from HM King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan. At the beginning of the call, the two leaders exchanged greetings on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, expressing wishes for security and stability in both countries and the well-being of their peoples.
According to Qatar News Agency, King Abdullah inquired about the situation in Qatar and confirmed Jordan's readiness to offer support amidst ongoing Iranian aggression against Qatar and other countries in the region. The King emphasized the importance of addressing the escalation that poses a threat to regional security and stability.
HH the Amir expressed his appreciation for Jordan's support and commitment to maintaining stability in the region. The conversation also covered various regional and international issues of mutual interest, focusing on efforts to consolidate stability and achieve peace both regionally and internationally.
