Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call from HM King Felipe VI of the Kingdom of Spain on Thursday.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the call, HM the King expressed his condemnation of the Iranian attack on Ras Laffan industrial city. He denounced these actions and emphasized Spain's support for the State of Qatar in confronting this aggression.

The conversation also covered regional and international developments. Both leaders discussed efforts to de-escalate tensions and contain the situation, as well as explored ways to enhance security and stability in the region, aligning with international principles and joint diplomatic efforts.
